Residential single-family project conformed by two parcels. The owner's first requirement was privacy and security, which is why the front volumes are pure, connected to the length of both properties with the minimum of openings. All the visuals are concentrated on the interior of the central yard — giving the house a sensation of amplitude.

The Etnobotanical Garden cultivates more than 1,200 herbs and flowers from all over the world. This interior design project organizes product visibility, creates a productive work environment, and answers the client's most critical constraint — a low budget — through modular distribution and sustainable reclaimed-wood furniture.

Casa Juana improves the communication between interior spaces and the sun's position. Two new volumes are added to the existing state — a studio, terrace, garage, and a main bedroom. With only 4.5 meters in front and two built levels, the project is a study in the optimal dimensions for the basic spaces every house should have. Extraordinary view of the Popocatépetl Volcano.

Casa Anahuac is a 210 m² residential project. The design opens the public areas — living and dining rooms — and introduces a 6-meter double-height volume that connects directly to the garden, taking advantage of natural light and the surrounding view.

A cultural facility whose objective is to preserve the intangible cultural heritage of the region — its marine gastronomy. Circular program organizes a food gallery, restaurant, dance room, administration, and gastronomy kitchens around a waterfront plaza, with an Olmec-inspired pyramid fountain at the approach.

A social housing prototype that transforms the existing footprint into a mixed-use street-facing scheme. The ground floor opens to retail (local grocery) while the upper level provides residential space with a private rooftop.
